Construction Progress Update: The eco-luxury beachside home is now complete, unique and lovely and ready for showings.

General Construction Description: We set strong-oversized foundations, sized with high safety factor by our home builder, Masters degree in Civil Engineering. Installation of Euro-Standard septic and underground tanks ensued. After pouring concrete to the ground beam, the termite protection and plumbing was completed. The concrete to ground floor was then completed. Column “formworks” were made to support upper floor structures with balconies. The second floor and roof were made using the flat slab technique with added rebar (= higher strength and no unsightly overhead beams). Column “formworks” then continued to support the flat cement roof. We have completed building in G4 Air Building Block works (with thermal and sound insulation and added fire safety) as well as wall plaster works on the columns and walls. Floor and wall tiling are finalised. The high-output solar panels and roof sloping and water-sealing is complete. Solid iron-wood doors as well as high quality durian and rubber wood built-in closets and TV entertainment system wall, anodised aluminium frames and UV-Protection windows are in.

The beautiful European kitchen (100% BOSCH, HAFELE and GROHE Appliances and Fittings) is complete. Hand-crafted, highest-grade granite for kitchen and bathroom counters works are completed.
